Sri Ramakrishna

That abode of bliss can be seen before our very eyes. In the end, we will have to go on running and accept one beating after another in hopes of reaching that goal; there is no other way. Say “Glory to Ramakrishna, Glory to Ramakrishna.”

He alone can enjoy the fun, whether constantly roaming or remaining seated in one place, whose fountain of bliss flows freely in the heart. Since I have not opened up the fountain within, wherever I go, this “I” (the “apparent self”) travels along with me – and makes me suffer day and night.

Behind this body and mind of yours is a storehouse of infinite bliss. Turn your face in that direction and try to go forward. That will surely make all of your wants vanish; you will become fully endowed with great riches.

I am of the nature of the experience of bliss. I am a wave in the ocean of Ramakrishna.

Body

You must control the mad elephant of the mind with the goad of the intellect. Expand your view of the universe – let your prarabdha karma take the body wherever it wants.

Thakur has come to take those to whom the world seems bitter and tasteless. We are suffering a little in body and mind even now because this world still tastes somewhat sweet to our tongues. He will release us only after curing our disease – he is the civil surgeon of the whole universe, and we are patients in his hospital.
