We
must remember ours is only to work – we never attain results. How
can we? Good can never be done without doing evil. We can't inhale a breath without slaughtering a large number of poor little creatures. National thriving is another name for death and debasement to a great many different races. So is singular flourishing the beggaring of many. The world is insidious – and will remain so. It is its inclination, and can't be changed. Such is truth. The insight is thusly in renunciation, that is to make the Lord our all things considered.
