“…Because it is during these moments of visitations when the heart is wrung by hands which never stop for the father’s cries or the mother’s wail, when under a load of distress, disheartening, and give up the world is by all accounts cut off from under our feet, and when the entire skyline is by all accounts only an impervious sheet of wretchedness and express misery – that the inner eyes open, light flashes out of the blue, the fantasy disappears, and naturally we come to look with the most terrific puzzle in nature – Existence."
