Very harsh speech by CMD, BSNL addressing to Corporate Office employees before the Diwali festival. He made it clear that he will not guarantee a salary from next month. He told that his first priority is BSNL and not it's employees. Govt. has given you all an opportunity to leave the job with attractive ex-gratia.

Only those employees should stay, who can justify their salary and be able to do duty 12 hours or further ready to sacrifice salary from time to time.
He warned after 1st January 2020 you all, who will stay back, must-see tough management who will set a personal target to each staff. Those who will not be able to fulfill the same will be forced into compulsory retirement.
Finally, he concluded to say that such a huge number of employees are a burden for BSNL and suggested at least 90 thousand employees who are not justifying their salary must take VRS.
