Swami Trigunatita was conceived on 30th January 1865. 

Amid his sadhana at the Baranagore cloister, he wanted to play out some tantric ceremonies at midnight in the incineration ground. So one night while the others rested, Trigunatita quietly arranged to leave for the incineration ground. To his articulate amazement and disillusionment, he heard Vivekananda getting out, "Where are you going?" Trigunatita stood dumbfounded. Vivekananda proceeded to state: "Sri Ramakrishna appeared to me in rest and revealed to me where you were going. He said that you ought not to go, that he has done every one of these things for us, and that it is very adequate for us to keep our psyches settled on him.”
