(Concerning as training) "This Atman is first to be known about." Hear day and night that you are that Soul. Rehash it to yourselves day and night till it goes into your very veins, till it shivers in each drop of blood, till it is in your fragile living creature and bone. Give the entire body a chance to be loaded with that one perfect, "I am the birthless, the deathless, the delighted, the omniscient, the supreme, ever - sublime Soul." Think on it day and night; think on it till it turns out to be an integral part of your life. Reflect upon it, and out of that will come work. "Out of the completion of the heart the mouth speaketh," and out of the totality of the heart the hand worketh too. Activity will come. Fill yourselves with the thought; whatever you do, think well on it. Every one of your activities will be amplified, changed, revered, by the very intensity of the idea. (CW.II.302)
