With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Revered Swami Deveswarananda Maharaj, known to many as Balaram Maharaj of Narendrapur, a devoted monk of the Ramakrishna Mission. He passed away today at Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan in Kolkata.

For many, he was more than a monk. He was a gentle guide, a patient listener, and a living example of selfless service and quiet faith. His life was a steady offering of compassion, and the lessons of love and humility he shared will continue to live in the hearts of all who knew him.
