- Limit *Expectations*.
- Limit *Ego and Pride*.
- Limit *Negative Thoughts*.
*For Spiritual Happiness:*
- Perceive your *SOUL* as a different substance from the body.
- Try not to live in the *PAST*.
Free yourself from past recollections and encounters.
Try not to stress over the *FUTURE*.
In any case, plan for IT.
Free yourself in *PRESENT* of any connections and scorn
