On this auspicious day (31st May) in 1855 , Rani Rashmoni consecrated the Dakshineshwar Bhavatarini Kali Temple. Ramkumar Chattopadhyay (the elder brother of Sri Ramakrishna) was the officiating priest & Gadadhar Chattopadhyay (Sri Ramakrishna, 19yrs old then) accompanied his brother to Dakshineshwar as his deputy. Gadadhar continued to remain at Dakshineshwar to transform into Sri Ramakrishna through his 12 year long sadhana culminating in the vision of Divine Mother and eventually unfold His divine play as an avatar of this era.*

1855 সালে এই শুভ দিনে (31 মে), রানী রাশমোণী দক্ষিণেশ্বর ভবতারিনী কালী মন্দিরটিকে পবিত্র করেছিলেন। রামকুমার চট্টোপাধ্যায় (শ্রী রামকৃষ্ণের বড় ভাই) ছিলেন কার্যনির্বাহী পুরোহিত এবং গদাধর চট্টোপাধ্যায় (তৎকালীন ১৯ বছর বয়সী শ্রী রামকৃষ্ণ) ভাইয়ের সাথে দক্ষিণেশ্বরে তাঁর উপ-সহকারী ছিলেন। গাদধর দক্ষিণেশ্বরে তাঁর 12 বছরের দীর্ঘ সাধনা দিয়ে Motherশ্বরীয় মায়ের দর্শনে অবতীর্ণ হয়ে শ্রী রামকৃষ্ণ রূপান্তরিত করতে অবিরত অবিরত ছিলেন এবং অবশেষে এই যুগের অবতার হিসাবে তাঁর divineশিক নাটকটি প্রকাশ করেছিলেন। *
